Gerard Fitzpatrick recently published his second book on groups, entitled Crossing the Threshold (Fusion Press, 2021), following on his major work on working with groups, Effective Group Leadership (Orpen Press, 2016). Hania has extensive experience in training and development, having worked in companies in Brazil, Portugal and Ireland. She received her PhD in Education at the University of Lisbon, and has published several highly regarded articles on the subject.
